Question leading on from above, if a live polarity test is undertaken ( using independent earth, trailing lead, and a voltmeter) and transposition of conductors is found, can the service fuse be removed by the electrician for safety reason if accessible?

EST license ..what certification can be signed off
Iv looked at the limits of work for an EST registration and see that 'F' states 'the certification of work provided that they authorized to carry out that type of work', my question is, is there any PEW work that a EST can do that requires a CoC?
