Maybe he's looking for an instruction book on the processes.

What do we think would be a reasonable charge for such a document?

Given the variables; would be a big & complex thing

I understand where he is coming from though.

I think there is a really inconsistent training provided to apprentice electricians. A large portion of off job training is not relevant to a lot of electricians on the job. Then depending on the scope of work your employer does you may be really lacking in some areas.
Looking at the Facebook groups and in discussions with other electricians you can see practices or rules passed down which aren’t consistent with regulations or standards.

I am really thankful for resources such as the forum, even if I haven’t posted much in the past, I have read through a lot of the topics to learn and improve my understanding.
