Switchboards in transportable structures

Would you consider this to mean that the switchboards must meet all the rules for main switchboard? Or simply the ones around access?

This Clause only relates to location (of the control & protection items covered by clause 3.3);
and the "treated as MSB" part (added in A1, Jun 2012) is clearly stated to be limited to "for the purposes of access".

Other requirements for MSBs, or other swbds, do not apply - or rather, not via this clause. They could potentially apply by other clauses.

This is how the 'companion" Standards operate; they can change, add, to, or remove parts of the default rules set by "3000"

The effect of treating the swbd as an MSB is small. 2.9.2.2 applies to all swbds, and 2.9.2.3 applies to msbs.
So basically the difference is a MSB has to be "within easy access of an entrance"

At first glance, it could appear to require a main switch - but it can't, because the clause can only affect access.
Similarly 9.2.4 requires markung "Main Switchboard"; but again that's not an access requirement
2.9.2.5 (j) is another distinction relating to location; but not access
