PCE Earth Connection

Is connecting to the earth bar compliant? Or must I physically connect to the main earth?

If the latter, what's the best device to use? Or is terminating into the same tunnel terminal or lug as the main earth sufficient/compliant?

"3000" 5.5.2 covers acceptable methods of connecting PECs; Illustrated in Fig 5.3.
It follows that connecting to the earth bar is compliant.
That said; the "should" in "5033" 4.4.2.1 indicates connecting directly to the MEC is preferred.

If you do connect a PEC to the MEC directly, a type of connection that doesn't require cutting / joining the MEC should be used - eg a "line tap"
