Type of supply system for CoC

Reg 67 (1)(e) "the type of supply system that the installation or part installation is safe
to connect to"
Can someone confirm what this actually wants? Is simply putting MEN supply enough? Does it want TN-C-S? Does it want voltage and Hz values?
Just wondering what's actually sufficient

On my COC's I have "Supply System 230V/400V MEN"

The type of supply system is about what form of earthing is used.
It's generally "MEN"; because that's what's normally used for both distribution and installations in NZ.
MEN is the particular variant of TN-C-S used in NZ (and Oz).
TN for "terra neutral"; ie the neutral is earthed; and -C-S designating how it is earthed.
C for "common" conductor performing both neutral and earthing functions, in the network and for mains (and some submains);
S for (separate" conductors performing these functions within the installation.
As explained, in brief, in clause 5.1.3
Number of phases isn't important; what they want to know is whether the installation / part-installation is designed for MEN;
or if it's not, what earthing system it is designed for
