Hi Everyone
Can some one pls advise on a process document for wiring a house from laying the mains to the house to issuing final COC

It sounds like you are looking for something like a certified design, other than that the how to do it is gained by on-job experience.

I guess this could be written up, but it would take many hours to get right and doubt that someone here would do it for free.

Making DIYer How-to's, is just wrong.

Nothing to say the OP is DYI.
Could just be an electrician with limited experience of wiring a house.
maybe spent his career to date mostly on large building sites, or industrial work.
The answer is to gain practical experience; generally by changing employment.
Job management is not something you can pick up entirely from a handbook
