Yes that’s at least in zone 2, possibly zone 1.

A switchboard can’t be installed in a classified zone as per clause 6.3.4.6 of 3000.

And can't be above a fIxed water container [2.9.2.5(b)].

But maybe it was there first? Plumbing standards don't prohibit the bath being installed under an existing swbd.

It's not there now, I switched it around last week.
Previous owner was a DIYer and the son did the wiring, who is apparently an electrician.
So they did the bath and switchboard.
